Posted by Crystal on July 23, 2000 at 21:11:39:Hi,
My friend lifts her left legg and drops it while in a deep sleep throughout the night in a rythmic pattern and the only way to stop it is to hold the legg down but within minutes she has her right leg doing this instead. Its very annoying and she is always complaining of sore leg muscles the following day..She does it every night.
I eventually quit spending weekend nights at her house b/c I can't get any sleep at night w/her doing this..
is t here a cure I could tell her about?
