Have any of you (that posted that limiting your carbs helps)been tested for diabetes? I have had diabetes for 3 years and when my blood sugar is high, my legs go crazy (and so do I). I just wanted to let you all know in case you didn't know that one of the things that brings RLS on is diabetes. The other things that can bring RLS on is if it is inherited, pregnancy, alcohol, diabetes, and that is all I know. Imagine this: I inherited it from my dad, I am pregnant, and I have diabetes. Lucky me. :)
