If you scroll back through the postings you will find that many people have had problems with sinemet. The RLS newsletter also shows this. If you are able to get nighttime relief without sinemet, you might want to try phasing it out altogether in the daytime. My experience and many others indicate that the only significant daytime symptoms were a result of the rebound/augmentation effect of sinemet. We had no choice because nothing else would give us the nighttime relief. Congratulations on your success with Mg.
