umm... get back to Doc... maybe higher dose. I was on it and it slowly wore off, I didn't get rest, trouble waking up just like you. So... I had to take more and more as time went. Eventually the side effects got me, had to move to different med.
Your other symptoms though, burning? Don't know about that.
