Posted by Troisheba on July 31, 2000 at 08:22:25:I suffer from anxiety and anxiety-related insomnia, and I've noticed today that I was in a meeting and really really wanted to sleep. Of course I couldn't sleep and I had to fight the inclinations. My legs then started to feel really restless, like they were really tense and like energy was building up in them? I also had the same effect last night when going to bed, I was doing my hypnosis tape, too late, and when I got to the end I was just so tired and fidgety... and ended up sleeping badly... I have real problems with sleep from insomnia, to hypnophobia to this awful tense feeling, waking up in terror to waking up confused as to who I am, where I work etc... comments anyone?
