Posted by blueharmony on August 07, 2000 at 08:21:29:I'm not sure exactly what RLS is but what I feel is like an electric shock in my lower legs when trying to sleep. If I am lying on my side it is usually the upper leg. If I concentrate I can hold it off for a while but I will eventually "twitch". This obviously keeps me awake. My wife said she had a similar thing before being diganosed with apnea and that it had something to do with circulation.
Is this similar to what anyone else out there is experiencing? How have you dealt with it?
