I just read your posting and found it quite interesting that I had the same problems that you are experiencing at that age. definitly no ice cream or rich foods before bedtime. However over the years it has started to come back, first in my left leg, than my right. I'm 49 years old now and have worked out all of my life. The last 9 years I have been doing karate. About 6 months ago it was getting so bad, I was lucky to get 3 or 4 hours of sleep night. I finally went to the doctors and they prescribed clonazepam, I don't know what this craps is, but it works as far as getting a good nights sleep without feeling drowsy in the morning. I would like to know what the long term effects are. Well I hope it stays away for you, because it'll drive you crazy.
