Posted by Sandi on August 19, 2000 at 20:33:29:I have had RLS for over 20 years, my mother also has it. It bothers me the most when I lay down to sleep. Most of the tmes it is just one leg, but they both do it. I would massage my calves till I had to get up to make it go away. It seems to have gotten worse over the last 3 years and I finally decided I needed to find some relief. Have never seen a Dr. I had an old bottle of Flexall 454 and decided to see what it would do for me. I have since bought a new bottle, maximun strength, and for 2 weeks now I still get a little twitching feeling but have not had to get up to walk it off.
Not sure if it will continue to work, but I am happy I am getting to sleep a lot earlier for it.
