What you have sounds like a variation of RLS called PLMS - Periodic Limb Movement Syndrome. My husband has it and the treatments are usually the same as RLS. For my husband, sleeping pills were prescribed. When they don't work (he still kicks), I take the sleeping pills. Sometimes that's the only way I can sleep in the same bed with him.
You should probably go see your doctor and tell him/her your symptoms.
