WE have had a lot of experience with sinemet. It almost killed my wife Alice because of overdosage.
Sinemet did help at first but something called augmentation set in and the dosage got out of hand. We went to Mayo and they withdrew her from the sinemet[difficult] and put her on small doses of mirapex. She has completely recovered from her once very convulsive RLS. Ken
