I just took one. hope it will work for me tonight.
By the way, I do smoke. My RLS(actually is on my arms and my palms) was caused by taking pain killers such as hydrcodone,lorcet etc.! after
the successful surgery on my throt for sleep
apnea one and an half years ago.
