could you please tell me how much mg of potassium
that you take to make rls go way?
I bought a bottle of potassium gluconate. there are 90 mg in each tablet. I took one of that last night.it didn't work.maybe I need take 180 mg?
I'm desperated. I feel like chopping my arms off
every night right before sleep the RLS kick in.
I still have Lorcet but I made up my mind not to
use any kind pain killers any more.
Has any one ever tried acupuncture before?
