I can understand your excitement about a possible over the counter potassium supplement that might help with your RLS. However, potassium can be harmful if taken when not needed. You need to see a physician who can prescribe the proper dosage if your body needs it. Perhaps Potassium Legs will give you the same advice, however, I strongly suggest you seek a chemistry work up before embarking on this line of treatment.
