I think there are a lot of people that have PLMD that don't even know they have it. If I hadn't had a sleep test for sleep apnea I never would have known I never have any trouble with my legs during the day, but move my legs a lot when sleeping. The neurologist isn't treating me for it yet. She wants to test me for narcolepsy first. As to your question as to why there isn't as much activity on this board as on the sleep apnea board it's probably just a question of more people with sleep apnea. Are you under treatment now for RLS or PLMD? What do you take?
