Its ok to vent because I like to do that but no one understands this RLS thing. I too take many medications and are not sure if they are helping or adding to the problem. It is so far between Dr. visits to the sleep specialist that I don't feel that I get very effective treatment. So far I am on the CPAP and I take Neutrotin 300mg 2 times a day. I also take Ambien at night and this seems to help. Please let me know if there is a better way to minimize the pain I am feeling? Take care.
