I tried the Celexa for arthritis and fibro and got no relief. I've been on 300 mg of Celebrex coupled with 200 mg of Cytotec to decrease upper GI problems for over a year now. It decreases the joint pain but doesn't eliminate it if I overdo and sometimes the pain is pretty strong at bedtime. There should be no reason that you cannot see both your sleep doc and a pain clinic. The doc should refer you if you have chronic pain that isn't controlled. The med that has helped me with the RLS the most is Clonazepan. I only take a small dose before bed and my wife says that I don't "jump around" nearly as much. Without it she doesn't get very good rest because of my gyrations. Hope you find help.
