I experienced same thing as you a few years ago and did some reading and self prescribed some high potency mineral vitamins, also take calcium, glucosamine with chondroitin, QC10 enzyme and grape seed extract. After about 3-4weeks of taking this mix daily, my RLS disappeared. And I do notice when I slack off for more than a week RLS appears again.

It works for me!!
