Pault,
It depends on what you need. I have been taking Vicodin and Mirapex for about (4)years now. I started with .125 of Mirapex (1) hour before bedtime. It worked for quite sometime, and then I started getting jumpie around six pm so I started taking one at six and one at bedtime. My Dr told me I could take up to 1M/G of Mirapex as needed.I also use the Vicodin when the Mirapex fells to do the job.My RLS is giving me lots of problems now alone with OSA.Hang in their I don't know how many drugs I went thru before I found one that would half way work.
Good Luck: Johnny
