I took Traz for a couple of weeks. I didnt really help me go to sleep or stay asleep either. It did seem to make me dream more. The Cpap aggravated my PLM, so the doc prescribed Traz. I solved the whole thing by getting rid of the cpap so I wouldnt need the Traz. My surgeries knocked my RDI to under 5,so I can get away with this!! I may try to use Benadryl as i feel like I'm always having allergic responses to something...
