I was diagnosed with mild to moderate Spinal Stenosis around the first of the year. I underwent physical therapy which has improved the symptoms of the stenosis, but the RLS (as I think back about it) seems to have started somewhere there abouts, too.....but it has "increased" to where it is day and night with my having to get up 7-8 times a night and am literally "exhausted". I work out with my cardiovascular and strength building routines that the PT prescribed for me, but they are difficult to do due to the exhausted state I am in. I am seeing a sleep doctor next week, but was interested to see if anyone else out there with RLS is also dealing with Spinal Stenosis.
