Has anyone any thoughts on RLS in connection with kidney failure? My wife developed RLS during dialysis. When she had a transplant the symptoms stopped, but now two years later they've come back. She is having all the classic signs of sleep deprivation, daytime tiredness, loss of concentration, mood swings etc. It's awful how much this is affecting her life.
The renal consultant is suggesting pergolide. Any other ideas?

Glad to have found you, this is my first posting.
