Hey there,
I'm not sure what else they would call it, other than a sleep test. My doctor refered me to a sleep clinic. At the actual study, you go that night and they hook up several electrodes to your face, chest and legs. Then you go to sleep and they monitor what you do in your sleep. Whether it's sleep apnea, restless legs, grinding your teeth... There are, I think 80 some-odd sleep disorders they can watch for.

If your doctor has tried all the blood work and stuff, you might ask them about doing a sleep study. What can it hurt. If you don't have a sleep disorder... at least they can rule it out. If you do have one... maybe you can start feeling better soon!

Best of luck!
