The same thing happens with me. I've been an RLS'er for years. Today, I was sitting in a meeting in the late afternoon and hadn't thought at all about RLS symptoms. Then my leg got a "little" in need of a stretch and I thought, "Hmmm, it's time for my symptoms to kick in," and I had a wiggle attack. Since RLS originates in the brain (Cerebellum to be exact) then it seems logical that thinking about it would bring it on. Good luck to all of us!!
