I would suggest then that you have more than RLS. The Neurontin is handling the RLS but the quality of sleep is poor..maybe apnea. Anyhow a sleep study is in order whilst o Neurontin. They can then find the second problem.

The fact is that if you sleep well you go into REM and wake up refreshed.
