I have spinal stenosis but just try to live with it. It's painful at times of too much activity. I have MS, too, as well as RLS. I take Requip for the RLS and it has transformed by life since it started to be effective. I take a hydrocone or darvocet occasionally. Requip is giving me 7 or so hours of sleep every night. I've had RLS at a severe level for about 5 years.
