each night when i go to bed my legs ache. i sleep on my side because that helps or use to help my back problem(ruptured disc 10 yrs ago). now i find it uncomfortable to sleep on my side. i have aching legs and from the ankles down i have reduced sensation in my feet and sometimes pins and needles. my hips ache as well. i work on hard floors for abour 5 hrs a day but this problems has only got worse in the last mnh or so. sometimes i get sharp pains in the head when my legs ache but i put that down to stress. what can i do?
