jerking legs, arms, whole body plus itch on heel

Does anyone else have the above symptoms? I have them most evenings and several times most nights. I always know I am going to have a 'session' as I have a small area (always the same place) on the bottom of my right heel, which starts to tickle/itch. Also, an unusual feeling in my right head. Jerking is usually right leg, but sometimes left and quite often arms are also very uncomfortable and my whole body jerks. Can anyone help please? Is it restless legs or myoclonic jerking(which I've been told). Whatever it is, can anyone suggest anything which might help? Many thanks.
