Dont know what I have but need info please

In the past when I took certain anti-inflammatories I would get these symptoms very intense but when I would go off them the symptoms would go away. The symptoms are legs feeling like Im wearing a blood pressure cuffs on them. It feels like an electrical current running thru my legs and my legs go to sleep very easily, my feet more so. They just ache so bad, moving them helps but getting to the point that even that doesnt work. It doesnt seem to matter whether Ive been active that day or not.Mostly in the evening a few hours before laying down, but beginning to bother me during the day. I dont think Im having much leg movement at nite but not sure.It bothers me worse sitting than laying. Ive been taking Celebrex for a while with no problems but I had to go off of it for a while and it now seems Im having trouble with it too. I also take two zyrtecs a day for allergies, Ive been on both meds for at least a year with no problems untill the past month. Do these symptoms sound familiar to any of the disorders listed here.
Thanks, Sundrop
