I started on Mirapex at .25, but doc had to up it to .375 and that is working for rls; ot for sleep. In the beginning it "wired" me up, but that has calmed down. I do, however, take a Vicodin in late afternoon to tide me over until the Mirapex at night and still have to take a sleeping pill and still wake up about 4 or 5 am. Anyone on multiple meds with similar problem?
