restless groin?

I don't know if I have RLS, the feelings in my legs are mainly in the groin and sometimes the thigh. When it first started it happened when I sat in certain chairs. Now it also happens when I'm going to sleep but doesn't usually wake me up once I get to sleep. It's never in my calves. Is this RLS?
