I have been diagnosed with multiple sleep disorders an I have gone through most of the OSA surgeries and was on Providgal for long time but once they really started to look at my RLS and PLMD, and treat it, that's when I really started to feel better.

RSL and PLMD have always been part of my diagnosis but they have been considered secondarily.

I guess my advice is to speak to a professional about it and not to under estimate the possibility or the impact that it can have on you. In my case, the treatment has been life changing and it was a long time coming, because of all the other things I had to be treated for first.

Good luck
