I was diagnosed two years ago in a sleep study with PLMS? I have tried several drugs over last two years to aid my sleep.(Neurotin, Mirapax, Requip, Soanta, Abien, & Clonazapam) I don't sleep well at all. The drugs either don't work, work for a while, and or have serious side effects. I'd love to hear about alternative ways to treat this disorder, so I could sleep. Thanks
