You have stated that your wife indicates that you have shaky legs when you sleep. Is this "shaking", you jerking your leg a couple times or more like a "sleep tremor" where you actually shake your legs repeatedly non-stop for several minuits at a time?
I have this issue with sleep tremors as I described above but my tremors are also in my arms as well as my legs. I also experience severe cramping, numbness, skin pain etc so I have been under evaluation for some time. I do not have an answer for you at this time but I can tell you that I have been under evaluation for some time by a neurologist. He has ruled out epilepsy, thryoid problems, metabloism problems, lyme disease, lupus, ALS and Muscular Distrophy.
He put me on Sinamet 25/100 for the past two months to see if that would help but I experienced no such relief. He then gave me SinametCR and doubled my dosage and it also has provided no relief.
I'll let you know when and if I finally find out what is causing all of this and maybe it will give some hints or clues to what could possibly be wrong with you. Please do the same.
Thanks
Rhino
