For me a great help were magnets. Yes, you heard correctly: ordinary magnets from over the counter with low intensity (Gauss). I was suffering heavily from RLS which was spread over my legs, feet, arms and shoulders and the magnets worked miracles and also are completely side risk free. For a couple of others I heard of it worked very well too, for others though not at all. Give it a try in any case!
