Yes - I started on .125 and was using it every other day. But even at that lower dosage, it would "torque" me up and I couldn't get to sleep. I experiment with when I take it (i.e. right before bed, a few hours before, etc.) and all that does is vary what time I wake up in the middle of the night. I asked my doc for a sleeping pill (based on some recommendations from this board) so he gave me Temazepam. But, sadly, this has me waking up like a zombie. I'm still looking for the right combo of things. (p.s. was on Sinemet for a couple of years, but it wore off and I switched to Mirapex.)
