Hello,

- Where do you put the magnets?

There are 2 possibilities:
1. On those parts where you feel the RLS (local)
2. whole-body-treatment with a mattress

I am doing it both ways:
1. at night when I attach the magnets on my arms and legs and
2. during the day when I am laying on a 'magnet-mattress' for about 30 minutes.

- Do you attach them to yourself someway?
All together I have 3 different kinds of magnets, but don't get confused, as I said the whole thing is so simple that you could almost cry out of relief if magnetic power actually works for you.

1. I use single magnets (long and circular fixed with flexible bands to my body) and also commercial ones (those for elbows, knees etc)

2. I have built a magnetic mattress on my own. It only takes some things you can get in every big store and took me about 90 minutes of my time to set them together:

a. A foam sleeping mattress commonly used by campers to lie on. (10$)

b. Some kind of tape used by painters with papers to protect the floor (I guess you know what I mean) (2$)

c. Magnets of low intensity (numbered in Gauss in Europe), those which you normally apply to the outside of fridges for messages! Those magnets (not the fun version of it of course, but the simple ones for practical reasons) always have low magnetic intensity and THATS exactly the kind of magnet you need! Low intensity and NOT industrial magnets for example which have commonly higher magnetic intensity. Why? Because the human body itself works - like the body of every other living being - with low magnetic forces, higher intensities are of no use for you: Don't think the higher the magnetic force or the longer I am applying the magnets, the more effective it is! This is wrong and you won't benefit from the positive effect of magnets for long, as I can personally confirm out of experience as much as medical theory says so.

Apply the magnets in a geometrical order on the mattress.

Here is my way of applying the magnets:
1. mattress about 30-45 minutes daily, not longer!
2. 'nightly' magnets: as they are applied locally, you can wear them the whole night, but if you feel a weakening effect, try to shorten their use
3. before using the whole body mattress, it is useful to drink water. it will better the magnetic effects

Thatīs it! No side effects at all. Only in three cases avoid use of magnets:
1. pregnancy (cautionary advice)
2. heart machine
3. epilepsy

A friend of mine who is medic told me of the magnets one and a half year ago and it still is working for me. Much longer and much better than any other medication I have tried. As I said earlier, it only works for about 50% of the people, but for those it has worked, they have similar good experiences as myself.

Good luck - give it a try!
