Self Medicating

I have been self medication for years with the following. Nyquil, ambien, ativan, all dopamine agonists, tylenol 34, percocet, neurontin, Nothing lasts that long and the hangovers are evil.
I have an appointment with a Dr,Walter in Edison NJ in the next 3 weeks. He is supposed to be a world renound doctor in this condition. Until then, I really need some advise as to how I can get through the next weeks of sleep. I feel mentally desperate and so depressed. I just keep self medicating.

Tonight I have already taken 3mg of Ativan, 10mg of Ambein and 3 advils. This is discusting, I already know my day is shot tomorrow. What kind of quality of life is this.
