Going Crazy

I have been taking merapex for a few yrs for my restless leg . I justr an out and have not been to sleep in two days. I just moved to another Tsate so now my Insurance which is from the State of tenn will not work on any meds here in Florida. What can I do. I have medicare due to a disability and they do not cover medicines at aall. No sleep to be had at all.
