Trazadone - ever used it for RLS?

Posted by dazedandconfused on September 24, 2002 at 22:40:30:

I have RLS and depression. I have been on effexor for ten years and used clonazapam for quite awhile and got relief from the rls. I recently went off it when it lost its effect and was given mirapex to try. No luck. Then I was given trazadone to try. I've read up on it and it seem to be a med for depression and rarely used for rls. Has anyone here tried it? Any luck? Right now after 2 weeks it seems to knock me out after an hour or 90 minutes and I don't move until I wake from my alarm in the morning. It also seems to make me anxious which is no fun. I'd appreciate hearing from someone in the know about it. Thanx!
