Did your sleep study indicate you have sleep apnea as well or plmd? I've got both, with the apnea treated and plmd now causing sleep problems.Don't want to take meds so am trying high magnesium and calcium supplement first with vitamin e. I found that on an earlier forum when I went back through all the entries.
