I had great success with clonazapam for years, but finally my body acclaimated to it and it no longer worked. After that I was put on Mirapex which worked great for the first 42 days. After that no relief at all.

Eventually I started taking high blood pressure meds. I would normally take them in the morning. ONe day I forgot and took at night and found that it relieved my RLS. I am now off of the Mirapex and take only a mimimal amount of lisinopril before bedtime.
