I have had RLS since I was 12. I'm now 41. A couple of years ago my doctor put me on Sinemet. 1 pill a night worked for a few days, then he upped it to 2. that worked for about 2 months. He then added clonazepam, on top of the sinemet, which I'm still on. It usually doesn't work, but I'm grateful for the nights when it does!! Usually the only thing that brings relief is codeine, which, of course, no one will prescribe for RLS.
