Difficult to say if you have pain from diabetic neuropathy vs the RLS... RLS does not mean just 'jumpy' legs - the pain aspect may also be consistent with RLS. Not sure of the dose of Requip you are on -but perhaps you could talk to your doc about maybe increasing that to see if you noticed any improvement. Also, making sure that your electrolytes (e.g. potassium) are normal as that can cause cramping too.
