Although it doesn't say it's for restless legs, the salesperson swore that it would work for rls too. My cousin also bought some, but for some other back/muscle pain she and her husband were both having (I didn't even know she had rls until a couple of weeks ago). I've been using it since then (spraying it on my legs when my rls starts...usually once or twice a week) and it REALLY works instantly. I was talking to my cousin about it on New Year's Eve which is when she told me she also has rls and has been using it on her legs at night and that it is working for her. I had a few sites bookmarked, including this one, for research and discussions on rls and have decided to visit each one and let people know about this product. The ingredients say it's 60 mg/ml menthol and 2.5 mg/ml clove oil (the inactive ingredients include isopropyl alcohol, purified water, eucalyptus oil, camphor, peppermint oil and jojoba oil). I list the ingredients just in case you have something with similar ingredients or know how to mix your own without buying it from the company. Otherwise, you can order it online (I removed the url, because I don't know if that's allowed, but you can Google "Muscle Mist" and find it). I have no affiliation with the company and haven't heard of them before or since buying the product, but I wanted to share with all of you how this spray is giving me GREAT, instant relief. I bought the 8 oz. bottle and still have 3/4 of a bottle left and I've been using it for approx. 4 mos. already. I think I paid less than $20 for the bottle I have (either $14 or $18 dollars...sorry, can't remember which). I hope this helps someone else find relief.
