Requip has a "rebound"effect and when you keep increasing it the symptoms can get worse and start happening during the day etc. My doctor has me go off requip for two weeks (at least) when this starts happening. It is rough by vicodan can help as it works on the same area of the brain. Usually after a couple of weeks I can take a lower dose of requip again for a few months. I have to take klonopin with the requip as the requip keeps me awake.
