hi all,i have suffered with Rls for many years in both legs and in both arms.I have been taking co-codamol for about 3mths for back pain and finished with them about 1wk ago.My Rls syptoms disappeared whilst taking them and i do suffer terribly with the syptoms of Rls.As soon as i stopped the co-codamol my rls returned that very same night.Have never really suffered the pain from rls more the constant need to move legs and arms well into morning so never thought anelgsia would benefit myself. So could anyone suggest any alternative,i'm 31 so dont fancy medication just yet as have had rls for many years i suspect i will for the forseeable future, many thanks for any help,runner1
