Hi all.....I've mostly been reading the insomnia forum, but decided to check out the RLS one too (because I also have it, lucky me!). I haven't read back that far in this forum but I wanted to pass on a great book on RLS, in case anyone doesn't know about it. It's called Restless Leg Syndrome: Relief and Hope for Sleepless Victims of a Hidden Epidemic, by Robert H. Yoakum. Published by Simon and Schuster, 2006. It's very exhaustive and a great education, including info about meds.
