Every once in a while I wake up if it's a really big kick, but not usually. I've also noticed my legs being sore a lot of the time, which I attributed to recently starting running again- although I've been sore much longer than expected. I already felt I had some symptoms of RLS because I get the leg tingle/crawling feeling when laying in bed (which I hate!) but this is the first I've heard of the kicking. Any suggestions how to deal with it? Would people suggest seeing a doctor or are there other methods that work?
