Does PLM cause morning headaches? I'm not well rested in the morning and wakeup with head and ear aches. It doesn't appear like sleep apnea is a problem. I otherwise appear to sleep well enough. My sleep study shows 26 PLM movements within an hour. The only symptoms of PLM that I have found are tiredness from lack of sleep. I wake up with a headache, am poorly rested and getting out of bed is like waking from the dead.
