Last January, 2007, I started taking nettle tea regularly, to help keep the allergies under control. With daily nettle, I may sneeze once or twice a day, without nettle, I'll often sneeze 20 times in a row.

After a while my RLS started getting bothersome again. I didn't figure out there might be a correlation to the nettle tea until I learned nettle has antihistimine qualities and I went off of the tea (end of allergy season) and the RLS subsided after a couple weeks.

Just a curious thing, wondering if anyone else noticed this.

My RLS is not as bad as it is for some people on this list. I can go many days without an obvious night of it, as long as I avoid coffee, tea, alcohol, chocolate, late desserts, or anything that would create hypoglycemia after going to bed. I haven't figured out all the triggers yet.
